Retailer Shopping: before you buy anything online, sign up for a free  Ebates account. If you hate to pay full price (like me) and don’t mind jumping through one tiny hoop to save more, you really should check out Ebates. Just a quick stop at  Ebates first to log in gives you access to all today’s promo codes for all major retailers, plus $5 for new accounts, and cash back rebates on all your purchases with no paperwork to do. My savvy readers love  Ebates and so do I. I just checked my account and I have $136 in it!

Ebates  finds all  the current store promo codes, gift cards or coupons for you and you can still use them when you shop through Ebates. They just pass you through to the retail store website after creating a tracking ticket. Once you make your purchase,  Ebates  sends you a check automatically, one a quarter.

You can even earn cash back at eBay and buy your gift cards at  Ebates. It is one of the easiest ways to save money.

How Ebates works:

Your purchases are made directly at the store websites of the popular retailers, but you log-in to  Ebates  first and that is how you earn your rebates and cash back. Your merchandise comes from the store, but your rebate checks come from Ebates and they are mailed out quarterly.
