The American Greetings site is easy to use and it is fast and easy to design a greeting card. There are hundreds of combinations.

There are cards to make with  sound, The recipient has the option of viewing the e-card without the sound. The card I was making was interrupting Monday Night Football here so I had to shut off the sound.

A paid membership is $29.99 for a year or you can choose just e-cards for $15.99 or just printed cards for $19.99 a year. If you buy a lot of greeting cards, this could be a time and money saver for you.
