Books are cheapest at Amazon.com according to a Consumer Reports study. They compared 23 titles at major booksellers including Borders and Barnes & Noble, to see which one delivered the biggest discounts. Amazon.com had the best price on 21 of 23 titles and was the cheapest store, even after shipping fees .
