If you are an existing patient at any of these participating health clinics and you do not have health insurance, you can get a voucher for a free flu shot at CVS/pharmacy or Minute Clinic location.
If you are not an exisiting patient at one of these health clinics or community health centers, call them and see if you can enroll to get the free flu shot.
