Drugstore.com has improved their free shipping policy. The old policy stated that only new customers got free shipping when you spent over $25, now returning customers get the free shipping too. (The old policy stated that returning customers had to spend $40 to get free shipping.)

You can really stock up and save on hundreds of items at Drugstore.com. You can also buy needed items and ship them to someone else. I have done this both for my parents and my college student.
