ULTA is offering appointments for a free shampoo, blowdry and style on Wednesday, June 8 at 3 pm through Thursday, June 9th at 4 pm at all ULTA Salon locations. This great freebie is to introduce products from the Fekkai Silky Straight Collection and Full Blown Volume Collection.
