You qualify for FREE FEDERAL income tax filing with TurboTax if any or all applied for you in 2010:

You earned $31,000 or less (Adjusted Gross Income – AGI)

You were Active Duty Military with $58,000 or less AGI

If you qualify for the Earned Income Credit (EIC)

If you are Active Duty Military, have AGI (adjusted gross income) of $31,000 or less or if you qualify for earned income credit, (visit website for details) you will qualify for free e-filing of your taxes from Intuit, the makers of Turbo Tax.

Twenty states have created Free File Programs based upon the federal Free File Alliance model. If your state does not participate, you have the option to file your state taxes on the site for $14.95.
