Gift Card Deals and Gift Cards with a Bonus

Restaurants

Applebee’s is offering shoppers a free $10 gift card when you buy $50 in gift cards. Valid through 2/28/11.

California Pizza Kitchen- purchase $100 in gift cards and get a bonus  gift card for $20. bonus cards can be used between 1/10/11 and 3/25/11.

Carrabba’s will give you a $20 bonus card when you purchase $100 in gift cards.

Chick Fil A  - purchase a $20 gift card and you will get a free 2011 calendar.  Each month has a coupon for a completely free item, with a total value of $30 worth of coupons. You can also just purchase a Chick Fil A 2011 Calendar for only $6.00 and get the monthly coupons.

Claim Jumper- for every $50 purchase in gift cards get a $10 reward card which you can use between January 10,2011 and March 31, 2011 PLUS get a complimentary slice of Chocolate Motherload Cake on your next visit through January 9, 2011.

Fuddruckers-get a $5 bonus card with every $25 gift card purchase, now through 12/3/10. The $5 bonus card can be used from 1/1/11 until 2/28/11.

Outback will give you a $20 bonus card when you buy $100 in gift cards. The bonus cards are valid from 1/1/11 until 2/10/11.

Red Robin, get a $25 in gift card and get $5 in bonus bucks.

Retailers

Childrens Place - get a $10 eGift card for every $40 you send.

DSW- Designer Shoe Warehouse - buy a $50 gift card and get a $10 bonus card to use in the new year.

Here are just some of the stores offering cash back to buy gift cards through eBates:

Sears 4% cash back, Nordstrom’s 5% cash back, Barnes & Noble 8% cash back, & Cooking.com- 5% cash back

You simply create a free account and get $5.00 just for setting up an account, then shop online at all the major retailers. You get cash back sent to you in a check, quarterly with no rebate forms to fill out. I love it!

Grocery Store Deals for Gift Card Purchases

The Kroger chain of grocery stores has a holiday gift card offer for 4 times the amount of fuel points with every gift card purchase. Hundreds of gift cards will qualify. The promotion is valid through December 11, 2010.

Kroger operates grocery stores under following names: City Market, Dillon’s, Jay C, Food 4 Less, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, King Soopers, QFC, Ralph’s and Smith’s. 

 The Vons (Safeway) family of  grocery stores has a gift card promotion where you will get a coupon for $15 off a future shopping trip of $50 or more when you buy $150 worth of participating gift cards in a single transaction with your club card between November 25th and December 4th, 2010. The $15 coupon will print out at the end of your transaction and is only good for 7 days from print.

Albertsons is offering $20 in free groceries with every $100 in qualifying gift card purchases through 12/12/10. Purchase must be made in a single transaction.

Costco- many discounted gift cards, typically you pay about $80 for a $100 gift card participating retailers include SpaFinder, Fleming’s Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick’s, Wolfgang Puck and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

 Restaurant.com – buy a $25 dining certificate for less than $10. These are great!
