You can get most $25 gift certificates for only $2 when you use the promo code “SWEETIE“. Enter the promo code at check out to see the price drop from $10 down to $2.

Find your town….

Use Restaurant.com to find a restaurant before you go out to dinner. Simply search by zip code or state, purchase a gift certificate ahead of time, print it, then take it to the restaurant and use it to take $25 off your bill.

Restaurant.com is a great way to try local independent restaurants (non-chain type restaurants.) They frequently participate in Restaurant.com as a way to build traffic.

Here are a few tips. Some of the restaurants have restrictions as to the day(s) that these can be used, such as mid-week and not weekends or holidays. Other restaurants specify a minimum food purchase and add in a gratuity of 18%. Just read the fine print before you purchase, even with some restrictions, these discounted restaurant certificates can save you a lot of money.

Before you are able to print out your certificate, you have to by pass a few “bonus offer” pages, just look at the bottom of the page for the “no thanks” option.

If the restaurant hasn’t already added in the gratuity, please remember to tip your server for the full amount of the check before the $25.00 discount.

If you are traveling to another city, grab a few of these before you go. Just change the city or zip code, check out some online reviews and buy these ahead of time to save money on dining out while traveling! If you are taking a large group of people out to dinner, you can buy a $50 gift certificate too for many restaurants.
