    I have order many things off the Today’s show steals and deals. I just wanted to make everyone aware that I ordered the Best Bra deal. My order went through without any issues. I received a confirmation page stating that I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. I did not receive one so I called on Friday and was told there system was behind to call back on Saturday and they would confirm my order information. I did and it still wasn’t there so they told me to call on Wednesday Sep 28th about the order I placed on Tues September 20th. It still was not in their system and I was informed there must have been an error. If I still wanted the bras I could pay the normal retail price of $60 plus shipping. That is more than I was paying for all 9 bras. I tried to explain that it didn’t seem fair for me to pay more for their mistake. They did not seem to care! I hope everyone else has better luck, but I wanted to inform you to be aware of this company’s practices!

    I had the exact same problem Jacque did.  The company also offered me the option to purchase the bras at regular price but will not offer the Today Show prices.

    Ronnie, I received an email today stating that they were processing my order. I don’t know if I will ever really receive anything, but at least they are trying to process the orders. They still do not have record of my purchase when I called. I hope we both get what we ordered!

    On the morning of October 4th, I was watching the Today Show (as usual) and saw the segment “Jill’s Deals”. The deal was suppose to be good for 24 hours and expired October 5, 2011. At approximately 9:00 p.m. MST, I tried to order boots that were featured on Jill’s deals. I have never ordered on-line, because it’s usually more trouble than it’s worth and the merchant than has my e-mail and FOREVER sends more e-mails. This time, however, the deal was very good, I trust the Today Show, so I went to the web site to order. I must have spent an hour trying to find the boots on the site, but I never did. I followed the Today Show directions and STILL could not locate the boots. It finally dawned on me that I did NOT have 24 hours to order, I had 12 hours. 9:00 pm MST is 12:00 am EST. Instead of giving West Coast viewers until Thursday, October 5 at 11:59 pm lilke most businesses would, the deat had expired. I’m growing very tired with the attempts businesses are making to get e-mail addresses, so that they can sell my personal information to other businesses or bombard me with offers for merchandise I am not remotely interested in. I would REALLY be interested in seeing the Today Show do a segment on the pros and cons of internet offers. Right now, all I see in cons, no pros.

    thanks for writing Jodie. I like to share my readers experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly. You are right, retailers need to step up and make sure these great deals are available. I have my sister on the east coast posting the Today Show deals as soon as the show airs to give my readers maximum time to take advantage of them. I too am on the west coast. I recommend getting a free separate email address from Google or Yahoo to give out when shopping online, that way your regular inbox won’t overflow like mine does. I hope you will continue to follow my blog. I will be working hard between now and the holidays to help my readers to spend less and save more. If you follow me on Facebook or Twitter, you will see the deals right away. My emails are on a one day delay so often these 1 day deals don’t help my email subscribers.

    During the ordering process on 9/20  I repeatedly got time outs or error messages so I continued to try to place an order.  Despite never getting to a page that indicated I had successfully placed an order, I received  a vague, generic confirmation email on 9/21 assuring me that my order was being processed.

    This made me wonder if I had accidentally placed multiple orders, so today I decided to look up my account on their website and came to this page for the link, but clicking on either link takes me to a ‘page not found’ page which reads Wordsbestbra.com.  So I typed ‘worldsbestbra.com’ into my browser and got to the site but there doesn’t seem to be a way to check on my order or account.

    This is my first time ordering something shown on this Today Show’s segment, and I understand that a site might be easily overwhelmed with orders, but to be unable to follow up or receive any further information after nearly three weeks makes them appear a little weak on the customer service aspect of their business.

You might also contact your credit card company and file a dispute and they will place a hold on the transaction and also contact the company. I have had success with American Expess when I have had a bad experience with ordered merchandise. Please keep me posted,.

    On September 20th at 9:29ET I ordered a handbag and wallet from Terzetto during the Today Show’s Jills Deals. I printed out the receipt and have it on my desk for reference. My problem is that i cannot get in touch noe have had TTerzetto get in touch with me regarding the shipping information. I ordered these for her Anniversary present which our anniversary has now come and gone.
    How do I get ANY information on my shipment and/or a refund for my $119.95 purchase??
    Any help will be appreciated!

    Hi Rick, I have been searching everywhere for information about this company and cannot find anything. I went to their Facebook page and 3 others were also stating that their credit cards were charged but they have not received their purses yet. I would also post a message on their Facebook page and I would call your credit card company and tell them to cancel the purchase or dispute the charge. I have had great success with American Express whenever I have had a problem. You might also go to the Today Show website, under Jill’s Deals and Steals and post a comment. They need to make sure the deals they are promoting will be fulfilled. I am frustrated for you. Please let us know if you get any satisfaction. Tell your wife that I said you sound like a very thoughtful husband.

    On Sept. 20/2011 I ordered a Terzetto bag and received an assigned invoice no. The item has been charged and paid for . Though it was indicated to allow a period of 3 weeks for arrival, I have tried to locate them to follow up on shipment, but haven’t been successful.

    How can they be contacted and get them to respond? A transaction no. was also given.
    Can you help?

    I finally got my bras yesterday! I was so excited! And then I tried them on…I used to sell bras and I was expecting much more from a claim of “world’s best bra”…I am a D cup and require quite a bit of support. While they are comfortable, I don’t think I would wear them with anything tightfitting or really out of the house much. The material is very thin, they do not lift me up as much as I am used to, and I bounce all over the place. I wore one to bed last night though which was very comfortable. I am not exactly sure what their criteria is for this claim of “world’s best bra”. Those of you who have not received them, you are not missing out on much. I would never ever pay more than I did.

    I received my 3 bras yesterday and have to tell you that the claim “World’s Best Bra” is a joke. These are the cheapest, flimsiest bras I’ve ever seen. There is NO support of any kind in these bras and the size is wrong. I measured as they stated on the order form and according to their measurements I take a large. I am not big enough for an extra large but apparently that’s what I should be wearing in this bra. I don’t wear extra large in anything but…..
    I called the phone number on the receipt that came with the bras and a woman from India answered. You can’t talk to anyone here in the States. I was told that there were NO exchanges or refunds on these bras and now I’m stuck with $19.90 or worthless junk. I would be willing to keep them if I could get a size exchange but apparently the company won’t stand behind it’s product. I called Visa to get a charge back today and they’re giving me a temporary charge back to my account until they hear from the company. I’m sure the company will fight them on this but I don’t remember anything on the order sheet that told me I couldn’t return for a larger size. Stay clear of these deals.

The Today Show needs to do a better job of vetting the companies they are getting their deals from. I would also encourage you to post a comment on the Today Show Facebook page. I hope Visa can go to bat for you and get you a refund. Thank you for taking the time to write and inform us.

    Gloria, if I remember correctly, it says right on the packing slip that you can return/exchange! I am keeping mine only because they were so cheap, and I can wear them to bed. If I had paid full price or they were the wrong size, I would not be happy. They are ridiculous. And they are see through! I need way more material than that. The only person I can think that would wear these well are small cups or pre teens!!!

    Jenny, I’m not about to wear a bra to bed but I can’t wear these anywhere because they’re too tight.. The packing slip says that there are no returns or refunds – all sales are final. I was also told that by the woman in India. I didn’t see anything about that on the website when I ordered them. All I want is a larger size. No one is going to convice me that these bras would sell for the ridiculous price of $59 for 3. They’re not even worth the price I paid for them.

    I was only trying to help, I agree that it’s a bad deal. My slip says no returns or refunds but to call if you have questions. Doesn’t say no exchanges.
    I think they should exchange at least for you. Sell them on ebay, at least they were only 12.95. If you read my earlier post, I said I would never ever have paid retail for these, and would be mad if I did!

    on 9/20 i ordered the terzetto handbag…since i had not had a problem in the past, i ASSumed that this order would go as well. i have not receiveved the bag…&really dont know what 2 do. i purchasesed this, fully trusting the Today Shows reputation i am mid 2 low class american, who prob had no business buying the bag, at all! but, i just thought i would treat myself 4 working everyday…plz help me!!!! i, at least need the $ back 4 my fam. vERY DISAPPOINTED!!! & will never do this again.mary

    Hi Lori, I too finally got my order of the “world’s best bra” and I agree with Gloria, what a joke. Not only do the bras provide no support but they cut my under the armpit so they are too uncomfortable to wear. I too called customer service and they said there were no refunds or exchanges. What a ripoff! I will think twice before ordering any of Jill’s Steals & Deals again. I dont think they did enough when they review and vetted this company. I have already sent the Today Show an email letting them know my disappointment. I dont think I can give these bras away let alone try to sell them. They are worthless. Stay clear of these so-called “deals”.

    What a rip off! These bras are terrible. I can’t believe I paid money to look like I have no bra on. There is no support, no coverage. They are cheap, cheap, cheap. I called the company to complain and was told no exchanges, no returns for Today Show deals. Thank God I did not pay retail for these. I feel the $19.90 I paid was a steal, but a steal by this vendor and no deal for me!

    Good idea Lori. I think I’ll do just that. It’s too late for the bra fiasco but maybe it will alert other viewers to be careful when buying something sight unseen. The old saying “if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is” is a good one to remember here too. My order for the bras stated that it could take between 6 adn 8 weeks for delivery but I got them in about 3 weeks. If those who ordered the handbag would just wait a couple more weeks the bag will probably be delivered. If not you can call your credit card company and get a chargeback. They won’t let you pay for something that wasn’t sent but you need to give it a fair amount of time. I hope your handbag is a better quality item than those cheap, tacky bras.

    I have purchased a few things from Steals and Deals, and this is the first thing I have been disappointed with. I ordered the Aerosoles riding boots and they came within a week and I LOVE them. I think if we just order items that are from a well known company, it might be better. The bras are ridiculous. Really.

    yes Jenny, I agree. I would advise staying away from any companies that don’t have a website with contact info. This was a lesson for all of us. Go to the company website first and read the return policy and get the contact info in case there is a problem. I searched and searched for Terzetto and World’s Best Bras contact info once my readers started to complain and I could not find the information. I fault the Today Show for not doing this first.

    I also ordered a Terzetto handbag from the Jills Steals and Deals. I have not received mine either. I just emailed the company because my card was charge on Sept. 20th and it has been 5 weeks and still nothing. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it! I have ordered other items from the Jills Steals and Deals and I have been satisfied. That is why I trusted this item. I have not been able to find any other place to order them either except for the Terzetto website and they were still offering the deal weeks after it aired. I am not a happy camper! I’ve NEVER had such poor service with any other online order! Now I’m skeptical to order anything else in the future. How do we know the companies can be trusted?

    We purchased a bracelet on the 20th of September, our card was charged on the 21st of September, and It is now October 27th, and no bracelet and a lot of run around. I did not think that legitimate etailers charged a credit card until the item is shipped.

    Jamie, if you scroll up you can see all of the comments on those bras. I got mine a couple of weeks ago and, trust me, they aren’t worth the wait or the price we paid. Good luck. Keep us posted. BTW, if you call the number on the packing slip (receipt) you can let them know you haven’t received the bras and they’ll track it – by way of India of course. If you don’t receive them in another week or so you can have them removed from your credit card. That would be MY choice.

    I ordered 2 sets of sheets from Jill’s Steals and Deals. They are the worst sheets I have ever seen. Paper thin! After I washed one set the pillow case hem came completely out. The other set was to be a Christmas present. Forget that. I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone.

    The purse is a $65 purse at best.  Shameful.  But we have been told time and time again, we get what we pay for!

    Does Jill really think this bag could be on par with. Let’s say, a Marc Jacobs bag or Michael Kors?  I think not!

    On 9/25 I ordered 3 of the Lisa Stewart bracelets. I received an email stating they are processing my order and a receipt for the charge to my credit card. As of today I have still not received the bracelets. I can not find any contact  information other than an email. Has anyone received their bracelets yet?  Anyone have a phone number for them?

    I received the bras yesterday and totally agree with previous comments.  They are small, sheer and offer no support.  Wearing one would be worse than going braless.  What a waste.  Those of you with orders that did not go through are the lucky ones.

    If you purchased the Terzetto bag you may have noticed a disclaimer that it could take 6-8 weeks for the bag to come. I received three update emails from the company; the last one informing me that it had shipped. It should arrive this coming Wednesday.

    I received my Terzetto bag today. They look fine, BUT I got 2 of the same color (black) instead of 1 black and 1 snake print. I was so looking forward to the snake print. :-( The “company”s” website is no longer working, as in the links are dead. No invoice with the shipment. In another forum about this Steals/Deals offering, some were saying similar – received their shipment this week, but not what was expected. I plan on starting a communication campaign to Jill and the Today Show. I don’t feel totally ripped off because I at least got something. Time will tell if the quality is what is should be.

    I just got off the phone with customer service from the Worlds Best Bra…..they were rude, very rude and would not let me talk to a supervisor….I tried returning them, then tried exchanging them and was told that they will not accommodate.   This certainly is a unique organization that does not follow the golden rule of business……customer satisfaction, communication or customer establishment.  Customers are what will allow them to succeed and they will not listen, I was hung up on twice.  However they saw nothing wrong with using a National Network to promote their product.  I am a business owner and I understand that customers mean tomorrows business and growth.

    Belva, try doing what I did after getting the same run-around; call your credit card issuer and tell them the details. Ask that they take the charge off of your statement since the company will not honor an exchange or refund for a product that doesn’t live up to its claim. The merchandise is unacceptable as a bra and shouldn’t be touted as such. Good luck.

    I attempted ordering the Bras through Jill’s Steals & Deals and experienced many problems. I sent an email stating the issue. I in turn received an email saying my order was being processed but it did not state what the order was as I tried multiple times to order these bras. I received shipment with four different orders and they charged me a total of $20 in shipping and handling when it cost them only about $5 to ship the order since they shipped everything together.
    I called customer service and of course got someone in India who was not helpful and kept repeating himself. I am very dissatisfied with this company.

    The stories continue to astound me with this company. I would suggest calling your credit card company and asking them to place a hold on the payment and asking them to help you get this resolved. I would definately ask for a refund for the multiple shipping charges.

    Terzetto Bags update – I sent an email to info@terzettobags.com (the email address that had been sending updates about the order) and got a response from Kelly.  She indicated they want to do right and exchange the incorrect bag.  I’m awaiting the return instructions.  Wish me luck!  Really want that gray snake print. :-)

    It has been so long since I ordered the Terzetto purses, I forgot what they looked like on the Today show.  I thought they looked bigger.  Anyone remember? Not so happy with purses at 69.50 each.

    I am not happy with the terzetto bags I ordered supposedly for Xmas presents. Just the zippers alone are of poor quality. It’s totally a ripoff.

    Teresa, I would contact my credit card company and ask them to help you to get your money back. Tell them the quality was poor and ask them to open an inquiry on your behalf.     Below is the information I sent to Adina Reyter………..their response was  underwhelming at best.   They obviously do not value customer satisfaction!

    I received the TWO star necklaces I ordered through the offer on Jill’s steals and deals on the Today show.   The quality is VERY disappointing.   They look flimsy and cheap and of very poor quality.   I feel very duped.   They are in NO WAY worth the sale price of $150.00, let alone your “regular” price of $375 each.   I would be too embarrassed to give these as  gifts I had planned for.   Even the box is not gift quality.   If you are a company of quality and care about your customer’s opinions you would offer a return and refund.   Even though the policy states no refunds, I am formally requesting one.   I am VERY dissatisfied.  Thank you in advance for your consideration.

    I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. I ordered a clutch purse for someone for Christmas. They said it would ship on December 15 and it was sent a couple days sooner. The quality was very nice. Probably won’t order again though.
