Get up to $15 back from Mobil Oil when you purchase five or more quarts of oil with this mail in rebate form. To get the $15 back, you have to purchase five quarts of oil plus a Mobil 1 Extended Performance Oil Filter.

To get $12 back, you have to purchase five or more quarts of Mobil 1 oil from a participating retailer.

See the list of participating retailers here , send in your original receipt and follow the instructions to get your rebate. The receipts must be dated between August 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011.

Note the participating retailers. There are not too many large national chains participating. However, there are plenty of independent and regional retailers on the list.
