Here is a running list of products I love. I welcome your comments and additions. We still have to buy stuff. However I don’t want to waste money and I no longer can afford to make mistakes. For me this is primarily applicable to cosmetic products, household items and grocery shopping.
Cosmetic and beauty products I love - ELF Cosmetics- ELF stands for Eyes, Lips and Face. Most items are $1.00 and they often have discounts on top of that. Search ELF Cosmetics on the search button on my Home Page and I will try to keep you updated on their current promotions.
Everything for eyebrows at eyebrowz.com . There is another eyebrow specialist at Sephora (won’t mention name) whose prices are about 10 times what they are at Eyebrowz.com. and the quality is the same (in my opinion.)
Healthy Living - I love the Oral B Sonic Rechargeable Toothbrush. It cleans justs as well as those costing over $100.
Cleaning products I love-Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (thank you for the tip Lynn). I thought I needed to repaint a high traffic stairwell and I tried the eraser first. It worked great. No need to repaint at all.
Shout wipes – I spilled coffee on my light gray pants and had an old dried up Shout wipe at home. I wet in and wrung it out and blotted up the coffee spill. When the moisture dried, the coffee stain was gone with no telltale ring.
Baby items- new First Alert Baby Monitor with Night Vision. I just saw this amazing device in action. The only thing more wonderful that your new bundle of joy, is a decent night’s sleep. With this new baby monitor, you can see his/her little image in the dark and then close your eyes and go back to sleep when you can see that everything is ok. The First Alert Baby Monitor also has some cool additional features like a lullaby mode and voice activation mode to coax your little one back to sleep without you having to get up. When my baby was a newborn, I couldn’t get anything done around the house when she was napping during the day because I was constantly checking on her. Whenever she saw my face (every two minutes) she wanted to get up and be together. this would make a great chip-in baby gift. I saw it on Amazon.com HERE for $147.51, a savings of 25% off the list price.
