Restaurant.com $1.00 sale

Update - the $1.00 promo has ended, however I have seen the price at $2.00 from time to time.  I keep track of the Restaurant.com promotion codes at the top of my site under “Today’s HOT Deals“, so check there often and stock up on these great Restaurant.com certificates when the price drops again. I also have all the free food dates in restaurants listed and some great restaurant 2 for 1 deals right now.

Restaurant.com is having the biggest sale ever. From now until September 13, 2009 you can purchase a $25.oo restaurant gift certificate for $1.00. Simply search by zip code or state, and see if one of your favorite restaurants is participating. If yes, I would stock up. According to the website, this price will not be repeated.

 Type in the word “NINETY” in the coupon code box at check out. You have to scroll through several other offers before you check out. Just look at the bottom of the page and select “no thanks” to get to check out quickly.

Some of the restaurants have restrictions as to the day(s) that these can be used, such as mid-week and not weekends or holidays. Other restaurants specify a minimum food purchase and add in a gratuity of 18%. Just read the fine print before you purchase, even with some restrictions, this discount can’t be beat.

If the restaurant hasn’t already added in the gratuity, please remember to tip your server for the full amount of the check before the $25.00 discount. When you check out, don’t click on any of the added offers, just click “next” at the bottom of the page or you may be directed to a third party site. Just proceed straight to check out.

We recently treated a group to dinner for my daughter’s  high school graduation and used a Restaurant.com  certificate. We did not have any problems, the server took $25.00 off our bill and 18% gratuity was included.
