If you purchased Rice Krispies or Cocoa Krispies cereal between June 1, 2009 and March 1, 2010, then you are eligible to receive $5 per box, up to 3 boxes as part of a class action settlement. The class action suit contends that the cereal maker falsely claimed that the cereals boosted our immune systems without adequate data to back up these claims.
You do not have to show prrof of purchase to claim you refund. You just ned to fill out your claim form online here at www.cerealadvertisingsettlement.com/claim.
