When I shop for my non-perishable grocery items at Alice.com , I am a much more careful shopper because I can see my total as I add items to my cart (you can always un-check them before you pay). I find that I spend much less because I don’t make impulse purchases.

Some items are about the same price that  I pay at the grocery store, WalMart or Target and some are a little higher. However, I am in and out of the grocery store much faster now when I just shop for my produce, meat and dairy and I am saving gas too.
