Sunday Coupons for May 1st

This Sunday, May 1st,  there will be four coupon inserts, one from Red Plum, 1 from Proctor & Gamble and two from Smart Source. I save my coupon inserts for 2-3 months. Usually items will go on sale once every 3 months, when I see a good deal, I try and stock up. You don’t have to clip them all, just save them. Go through your grocery store circular and see what is on the sale before your next trip and match up the coupons you have with what is on sale.
