Here are my tips and tricks for using coupons. It is easy- just get started and tweak as you go.
I keep an accordian folder in my car, (that’s the secret) with sections for restaurants, retail, dry cleaners, pet supplies, pharmacies, and businesses that I frequent.
I also keep my frequent buyer cards in this folder. I want that 8th frozen yogurt for free!
For my grocery store coupons, I use a gallon-size baggie to hold my business size envelopes (standing up). Each food category has it’s own envelope and I organize these alphabetically inside the baggie. I use an empy quart size baggie for the coupons that I haven’t organized yet.
During my grocery store trip, I use the quart-size baggie to hold the coupons that I am redeeming.
There is no expensive equipment needed. This system is easy and cheap. Don’t let perfection get in the way of getting started.
You can also just begin with your toiletry and cleaning products if you don’t have a lot of time to devote to using coupons.
When I am waiting in my car, I use the time to clean out the file and refresh my memory as to what I have.
Here are some coupon tips from other articles I have written:

Hello All,
I enjoyed reading this blog and intend to keep reading to it and adding my own ideas as well.
I agree, Thrift Stores really are a great way to stay within your family budget. I buy so much for my children there. Gently used toys, clothes & books are especially great buys.
If you have a bargain hunting bone in your body,check-out your local thrift stores.
