  Do not order anything from KENSICO. I ordered two Zodiac bracelets for my sister inlaws. A couple of minutes later I decided to add another one for another relative. After the pruchase I noticed it charged me again for the previous two bracelets. When I contacted KENSICO, they said all purchases are final. I said that is fine, I purchased three bracelets and will pay for those but not the ones added to my cart on the 2nd transaction.
  I will dispute the charge and will refuse the shipment when it comes. Total ripoff and a waste of my time.

  I bought the Black Rivet jacket. The site says I “should” have received an email regarding the status of my order but I didn’t. I contacted them and received no response. Are these just scams?

  *Update* I received a tracking number today, which is good news. Too bad the customer service is lacking. But that seems to be the case with a lot of businesses these days, not just the ones featured here. As a business owner myself, I feel like I’m part of a dying breed of people who believe that the customer is #1.

  Update: Kensico  said they would credit me for the two bracelets that were duplicated.  Fortunately, they are doing the right thing.  Unfortunately it took three or more emails.

  I purchased the Energizer Case for IPhone. I got the confirmation e-mail that my order was processed and haven’t heard from them since. That was almost two weeks ago. The link on this site take you Energizer’s page with a customer service link at the bottom that doesn’t work. I have no idea how to contact them or track this order. This is either horrible customer service or a scam.

  I have also been charged for the Energizer Case for IPhone. I cancelled it 2hrs after placing order. They sent email saying they would handle it. Nothing! no credit-no merch. received. Now in the process of writing my cc company. Very poor.

  I ordered 6 scarfs on October 4, 2011 and received a conformation on 10/4/2011. I still have not received my scarfs. Any idea when I can expect my scarfs?

  I ordered the Chaps menswear on Oct 25th.  I just got it and the sizes are wrong.  My order slip and the packing slip have the correct sizes, but the package contains the wrong sizes.  These are non returnable and it seems there is no way to communicate. Help,  these were for Christmas, and I did not make the error.

  I ordered shawls on October 18. My credit card was charged immediately, but stiil haven’t received my order. I have tried unsuccesfully to contact the distributor, with no success. This isn’t good advertising for the segment on the Today show.

  I ordered the black rivet jacket size Large. I recieved a small and have got no responce to the messages left on the no. 310-601-7997. Their mailbox is always full so you cannot get ahold of anyone. I understand all sales are final but it is not what I ordered.

  I ordered the Magaschoni Scarf from Jill’s deals on 12/3/11 they charged my credit card the same day.  Apparently prepared a shipment with UPS with a tracking number  on 12/11/11 but as of today UPS says it was never delivered to them or ordered for pick up.  I email Magaschoni on 12/17/11 asking about my order and never heard back.  I called them today and was automatically sent to a message machine.  So I emailed them again and still nothing.  The Today show needs to know if they are going to recommend something from a company the company needs to follow through.

  I ordered 5 polo shirts, was chaarged on 10/27/11 and have not seen them yet. I never did receive an email from them, but I did print out my receipt. I can find no way to contact them. Why is there no follow up form this site? We purchased these items thinking the Today Show was backing this up….
