In our area, there are plenty of people hiring right now. You post your experience,  and post a picture. You can also submit pre-recorded references. The service is free, however there is a nominal fee for a background check, which I recommend.

For $10.00 a month, you can be listed as a “featured caregiver” and your listing is at the front of the pack. My daughter has been using this site to find part-time work for tutoring and baby-sitting for about 6 months. When she first  started out, she was a “featured caregiver” for two months and it brought her many more jobs.

You will be sent an email each time a position matching your qualifications is posted. You can check out the job posting and then decide if you want to contact the person through the website.
